POWERHOUR

High intensity, interval, training, starting off with a series of abs. This  training will sculpt, burn and increase that metabolism. Intervals are 30 seconds with 10-15 minute rest.

Class Time: 

  • Monday 11-12

  • Wednesday 11-12

  • Sunday 2-3

PLYO, CARDIO, AND CORE

An hour of training targeting core, glutes, and legs with conditioning methods using jumping combinations. Jumps can be can be altered. 

Class Time: 

  • Saturday 8-9a

CARDIO HITT

High intensity, training utilizing cardio only to increase and keep the metabolism high for an optimal workout lasting only 20 mins.

  • Tuesday 11-11:20a

WEIGHT TRAINING HITT

 

High intensity training utilizing cardio and weights keep the metabolism high for an optimal workout lasting only 20 mins.
